3rd & 4th Class, hard at work engineering bespoke holders for the batteries of their racing cars.
The children demonstrated great creativity in coming up with and constructing their individual designs.
The pairs then put their cars to the test, racing each other to see which design resulted in the speediest car.
The group learned a lot about the effects of friction and weight distribution on speed.
We also had a lot of fun in the process.
