A very thoughtful child in the 3rd/4th classroom brought in enough conkers for everybody, teacher and SNA included.
We conduced the sink/float test to see which seeds were most likely to grow.
Then we planted 28 conkers in our school's raised beds.
They are out of sight for now but we look forward to seeing them emerge again in spring.
