This is a standard Admissions Form issued by the diocese to all schools for incoming Junior Infant pupils. We would ask that you return it to the school after 12th January 2026 the and no later than the 6th February 2026. The information provided on this form will be used by Ballinakill N.S to apply the selection criteria for enrolment in Junior Infants, and to allocate school places in accordance with the School Admission Policy and the School’s Annual Admission Notice.
