This is a standard Admissions Form issued by the diocese to all schools for incoming Junior Infant pupils. We would ask that you return it to the school at your earliest convenience and no later than the 29th November 2024. The information provided on this form will be used by Ballinakill N.S to apply the selection criteria for enrolment in Junior Infants, and to allocate school places in accordance with the School Admission Policy and the School’s Annual Admission Notice.
